Welcoming InSource to CoreX: Growth Designed with Purpose

We have big news. And we can finally tell the world.

CoreX has officially acquired and fully integrated the ServiceNow business unit of InSource Inc. The deal closed quietly in late December 2025, which feels fitting, because this wasn’t a move simply designed for headlines. It’s the kind of deal that simply makes the work better.

At its root, this acquisition brings together two teams that believe the same things. Delivery matters. Trust is earned. And transformation only works when people, process, and platform are aligned and actually respected.

InSource comes with more than 1,500 successful ServiceNow implementations and a consistently stellar CSAT rating. That kind of track record doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when teams show up, follow through, and stay accountable long after go-live.

Bringing this experience into CoreX more than doubles our US-based delivery capacity and significantly deepens our technical bench across the platform.

But numbers only tell part of the story.

What really matters is what this enables. Together, we are now purpose-built to support larger, more complex enterprise transformations across industries like manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and the public sector.

Our expanded capabilities span Strategic Portfolio Management, ITOM, ITAM, Integrated Risk Management, Operational Technology integration, and AI-ready enterprise architecture, all delivered with the same people-first mindset that got us here.

As Rick Wright, Head of CoreX, put it, this was a strategic and deliberate move of scale. Not growth for growth’s sake, but rather with intention.

Mark Lafond, former President and CEO of InSource, said it best when he described this as the right home for their people and the right platform for their customers. We agree completely.

With a growing footprint across North America, Latin America, and EMEA, CoreX is now positioned to help customers move faster from strategy to execution without sacrificing governance, resilience, or (we'll say it) sanity.

In short, we are bigger. We are stronger. And we are still very focused on doing the work the right way.

We are excited about what comes next, and even more excited to build it with the people who got us here.

To our new teammates from InSource, welcome to CoreX. To the larger ecosystem, welcome to our next chapter.
