Gearing Up for Knowledge 2025: Our must-see sessions and events

As you can probably tell by our recent posts, all of CoreX is excited for ServiceNow’s Knowledge 2025. That said, with more than 700 sessions to choose from, navigating the agenda can feel overwhelming, so we’ve curated a list of the sessions we’re most excited to attend.

Why? We believe the best insights come from a balance of deep technical dives and real-world customer success stories. We know the value of seeking out stories, not just solutions, that show how the ServiceNow platform is transforming businesses at scale.  

Pro Tips for Session Registration  

Alright, we’re all adults here. And we’re pretty sure you know how to handle business travel and events. But, we’d be remiss if we didn’t offer a few pieces of practical advice for making the most of your time at Knowledge 2025: 

• Book Early: Don’t wait to book the sessions you’re interested in attending. We mean as early as possible. Much like college, popular sessions fill up fast, so reserve your seat as soon as you can. 

• Arrive Early: Even if you’re registered, showing up early helps ensure your seat isn’t given away. 

• Waitlist in Person. If the session you’re looking for is entirely booked, you can arrive early and join the line at the door. Once the session begins, any empty seats will be open to those waiting. 

And remember, Knowledge is more than just sessions. Carve out time in your schedule to walk the exhibition floor. We’re always excited to meet new people at the CoreX booth (#5647)!
