7 ServiceNow Experts You Should Follow (Like, Right Now)

The ServiceNow ecosystem is sprawling, fun, and full of interesting news, opinions, and advice. Just think about the scope of this ecosystem. It encompasses everything from the NOW platform and individual modules to partner companies, the Store marketplace, and a diverse range of individuals, including ServiceNow employees, partners, and end users.

Bottom Line: There’s a lot to absorb. We regularly aim to provide information about use cases, ecosystem news, and perspectives that deliver business impact and value. This piece is a little bit different. Periodically, we’re going to highlight some of the people in the ServiceNow ecosystem you should be following to help keep pace with the exciting evolution of business today.

When we have our morning coffee (which we promise ends the moment when our workday starts at 9am - Ed.), we love to read the latest from our industry’s cutting-edge thought leaders. Below are just a few of many that we like across the ecosystem.

But, before we start, we know almost everyone already follows ServiceNow Chairman and CEO Bill McDermott. Here, we’re going to focus on the voices shaping ServiceNow’s future from the inside out. This list features seven strategic, emerging, and impactful thought leaders spanning AI, partnerships, go-to-market, vertical strategy, and analyst influence.

Brian Solis – Head of Global Innovation, ServiceNow

A recent but high-impact addition to the ServiceNow team, Brian brings his notable background in digital transformation and customer experience to the platform. Reporting to Chief Transformation Officer Dave Wright, Brian has been tasked with reimagining the Executive Briefing Center (EBC) and is now leading original research initiatives, potentially mirroring the inbound-style thought leadership popularized by brands like HubSpot.

In one LinkedIn post, “The AI Advantage: Why Visionary Firms Are Already Seeing ROI,” Brian highlights the Thomson Reuters “Future of Professionals Report 2025,” starting with the data point that 80% of professionals see AI over the next five years having “high or transformative impact.” Still, there’s a gap between perception and execution that may ultimately separate the AI-economy haves and have-nots.

Michael Park – SVP, Global Partnerships and Channels, ServiceNow

With a strong background in both marketing and AI, Michael is described by insiders as a strategic force within ServiceNow’s next phase of growth. With significant “big platform” experience, including time at Microsoft, HP, and SAP (where he overlapped with Bill McDermott), Park previously led the AI go-to-market strategy and now oversees a partner ecosystem in need of simplification and business clarity.

Michael shared some thoughts on what ServiceNow partners and customers are thinking about how the AI Platform is changing the face of business today: “What’s capturing attention, even more, is the potential of how our data, AI, and intelligent workflows come together through a single data model and single platform. We are no longer in exploratory conversations. This is real execution. The mindset has shifted from ‘What can AI do?’ to ‘How far can we take it?’”

Paul Fipps – President, Strategic Accounts, ServiceNow

A Wharton alum with deep roots in strategic accounts and global industries, Paul’s rise to CRO signifies a shift toward an industry-first go-to-market approach. His leadership reinforces ServiceNow’s focus on client intimacy and tailored vertical solutions, especially as the platform doubles down on specialized value delivery.

Paul also provides regular updates on who he’s meeting with, in and out of the ecosystem. Fun Fact: In addition to a slew of relevant ServiceNow news, his updates include a visit to the Tribeca Festival and a video chat with gold-medalist snowboarder Shaun White.

Mark Cristiano – Senior Global Director, OT, ServiceNow

One of the most visible and active thought leaders within ServiceNow, especially in the manufacturing vertical. Mark was instrumental in forging the NVIDIA AI partnership and leads high-value discussions across automotive and industrial segments. He is a key driver of thought leadership for manufacturing-specific ServiceNow applications.

Mark brings a steady supply of upcoming ServiceNow events along with registration links, often on cybersecurity, OT, and asset topics.

Jess Aggio – Senior Analyst, Gartner

A fresh voice in analyst coverage, Jess now leads Gartner’s ServiceNow Services report, succeeding longtime expert Andrew Milanowski. With a background in supply chain and ERP modernization, Jess brings a unique perspective to where ServiceNow is headed, not just where it is. She brings an analyst-to-practitioner lens to ServiceNow’s trajectory and covers emerging services strategy in core operations.

Earlier this year, Jess, along with co-authors Matt Baldino, Tom Sieber, Biswajit Maity, Andrew Miljanovski, and Mark Ray published the Gartner Research, “Market Guide for ServiceNow Consulting, Implementation and Managed Services.”

Jen Odess – Vice President, Global Partner Experience, ServiceNow

A behind-the-scenes force focused on capacity and certification in the ecosystem, Jen plays a critical role in solving one of ServiceNow’s biggest bottlenecks: people. Tasked with growing talent and capability within the partner ecosystem, she’s driving efforts across training, enablement, and certification to ensure sustainable ecosystem growth.

Jen is focused on the “Three Cs” of capability, competency, and capacity and works closely on ecosystem-wide initiatives like AI Lab. She’s also a vital voice in scaling implementation readiness.

Enrique Upton – President & General Manager, NOLA, ServiceNow

A rising leader in a growth-critical region, Enrique is redefining how ServiceNow approaches Latin America. He brings innovative partner models to a complex and often underrepresented market. With strong backing from McDermott and a hands-on approach to AI lab rollouts, Enrique is energizing LATAM adoption and momentum.

He brings innovation and expansion to the Latin American market, a partner-first strategy tailored to regional nuances, and Enrique’s forward-focused thinking includes involvement in the Agentic AI Lab.

In one LinkedIn post, Enrique points out that it’s people, not platforms, who activate digital transformation and serve as the protagonists of transformation stories: “I have always believed that one of the keys to scaling technology in a company is to give voice and a leading role to its community of users. Those intrapreneurs who connect business challenges with the power of a platform, and who also lead the cultural change necessary to achieve it.”

There's no way we could possibly cover all the amazing ServiceNow ecosystem thought leaders in one piece. We have many more in mind right now and, as the ecosystem grows, so does our list of trusted experts guiding people toward better workflows.
