Rick includes roles as a Partner at KPMG where he built the first Systems Integrator ServiceNow practice in 2010, Global leader for ServiceNow’s professional services and customer success organizations from 2018 through 2022 and as the Chief Customer Officer at Benchling where he built profitable, high growth services and customer success revenue streams.
