Meghan (Lockwood) Rexer

An innovative, award-winning marketing and start-up executive with proven experience in both high-growth and established markets, Meghan has served in Leadership team roles responsible for global marketing growth engines and worldwide brands. Today, Meghan is responsible for Marketing Strategy, our ServiceNow Partnerships, and, critically, our People and Culture.

Meghan's recent leadership roles include driving Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at Skillcentrix, VP for NTT DATA’s Global Digital Transformation suite, and serving on the Executive team of ServiceNow Boutique, Acorio, growing the footprint from $7M to $50M during her tenure, and culminating in an exit to Top 8 Global IT leader (also NTT DATA) in 2019.

Along the way, Meghan's worked on some amazing teams, earning placements on the Inc. 5000 list for three consecutive years (2017, 2018, 2019), the Boston Globe’s #1 best-place to work (2018, 2019, 2020), Inc Magazine’s Top 375 US Workplaces, SPI’s Best of the Best Consulting Firms, Gartner’s Select Global ServiceNow Consultancy List, Forbes Best Startup Employers, and the Commonwealth Institute’s Best Women-Led Business list (2019), as well as a series of partner channel awards.

Meghan's been a speaker on 50+ webinars, served as a guest professor at UNH, and is the primary author of over 50 research reports, articles, and white papers, where her work has driven over 1.75 million website views. She was named recently named to Women We Admire Magazine’s Top 50 Women Leaders in Miami list for 2024.
