January 2024: A Mission to Redefine Digital Operations

From day one, CoreX positioned itself as a partner focused on outcomes. Its founders saw a disconnect between technology potential and business realization and built CoreX to close that gap through deep technical mastery, process fluency, and a human-to-human approach to transformation.

May 2024: Strategic Partnership with NewSpring Holdings

Just five months later, CoreX formed a strategic partnership with NewSpring Holdings, a turning point that accelerated its growth trajectory. The partnership provided both the capital and strategic support needed to expand ServiceNow innovation across industries.

In September, CoreX acquired ITS Partners, expanding delivery capabilities and achieving ServiceNow Elite Partner status. This milestone cemented CoreX's ability to support clients with deeper expertise across ITSM, SecOps, and GRC.

November 2024: Recognized as a Digital Transformation Platform

By the end of its first year, CoreX was recognized by NewSpring Holdings as its newest AI-Enabled Digital Transformation Platform, reflecting both operational growth and strategic clarity.

Delivering Impact at Scale

By the close of 2024, CoreX had accomplished what few startups achieve in their first year:

  • 123 projects completed in 12 months
  • 1,175% employee growth, while maintaining technical excellence and culture

These results reflected CoreX's guiding belief: that great outcomes come from great people working with purpose.

2025: Global Expansion, AI Research, and Market Leadership

January 2025: Acquiring Volteo Digital

The acquisition of Volteo Digital expanded CoreX into LATAM and EMEA, bringing global scale and deep AI integration expertise. Guadalajara, Mexico, became home to a growing engineering and innovation hub, a symbol of CoreX's commitment to building a world-class delivery network.

April 2025: Strengthening Enterprise Leadership

CoreX welcomed Eric Jones and Grant Pulver to lead enterprise growth and client success, reinforcing its focus on long-term partnerships and measurable outcomes.

May 2025: Innovation at ServiceNow Knowledge

At ServiceNow Knowledge 2025, CoreX showcased how innovation becomes tangible, from workflow optimization to real-world AI applications.

June 2025: Launching the Center of Excellence and Agentic AI Lab

The creation of the CoreX Center of Excellence and the Agentic AI Laboratory marked the next phase of innovation. Focused on Workflow Data Fabric and agentic AI, these investments reinforce CoreX's role as a thought leader in enterprise transformation.

August 2025: A Bold New Brand Identity

As the company evolved, so did its identity. CoreX's new brand, launched in August 2025, reflected its growing confidence, reach, and purpose: a visual and verbal expression of what it means to build a better future through technology.

October 2025: Joining Forces Again

In October, CoreX is in talks to bring another team into the fold, uniting organizations with shared values and complementary strengths. Together, they deliver boutique-level partnership at enterprise scale, accelerating clients' AI and ServiceNow journeys.
